Voltage time series measurements of Ag, AgAu and Ag/ZrN nanoparticle networks

The dataset contains voltage time series measurements of Ag, AgAu and Ag/ZrN nanoparticle networks, recorded under constant DC bias input voltage.

The nanoparticle networks show a spiking response in the output voltage, correlating to collective resistive switching with each network, and related changes in the conductance.

Datenstruktur

The dataset contains three time series recordings, one each for a Ag, AgAu and Ag/ZrN nanoparticle network.
Each time series recording contains a header and two data colums, with time (left column) and output voltage (right column).
