The dataset included the raw timeseries data for:

  • the temporal development of percolation during deposition of Ag nanoparticles via nanoparticle beam deposition (Dataset A)
  • consecutive time series measurements for determination of collective switching activity and avalanche dynamics (Dataset B)
  • threshold behaviour of the onset of resistive switching at a given voltage threshold (Dataset C)

The dataset is structured in three subsets with text files containing information on timestamp, voltage and current
