This work presents a dataset for thermo-electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (T-EIS). It includes CCCV cycles and EIS experiments under multiple temperature and SoC conditions on four different Li-ion cells. The experiments were performed in the laboratories of Kiel University within a cooperation with the University of Salerno. We tested four Li-ion cylindrical Nickel Oxide (NO)-based battery cells of C = 3300 mA h, manufactured by Panasonic, model NCR18650B. The cells were subjected to two different kind of tests at different temperatures and SoC states: • reference charge-discharge tests (CCCV); • EIS tests. The ambient temperature Tamb ranges from −10 ◦C to 40 ◦C, with steps of 5 ◦C. The SoC ranges from 90 % to 0 %, with steps of 10 %. For some cells are available also measurement at 100 % and 0 % SoC. The dataset is organized into 11 folders, every folder contains the test at a specific temperature from −10 ◦C to 40 ◦C. Such folder contains two subfolders, one for the capacity estimation tests and one for the EIS tests. These two folders contain four Excel files with the performed tests one per battery cell, named respectively 'Qestim_Xdeg_Channel_Y Wb_1' and 'EIS_allsoc_40degChannel_2_Wb_1' where X stays for the temperature and Y stays for the channel of the cell. In all the Excel files the second sheet contains the time voltage current vectors, and secondary additional measurements provided by default by the Arbin battery cycler. In 'EIS_allsoc_XdegChannel_Y_Wb 1'files the EIS measurements of a single experiment are collected in series in the third sheet. A Matlab code is also included in the main folder of the dataset showing how to import data in Matlab environment.
