      <marc21:subfield code="a">The dataset is structured into three folders, one for each different host fluid (namely PEG200, PEG400 and PEG600). &#xD;
Each folder includes three data items: &#xD;
a: A text file containing the recording of the current response of a drop of nanofluid being applied to a prestructured electrode array, when between two electrodes a constant DC bias is applied (called "It-measurement).  &#xD;
b: One or two text files containing current-voltage hysteresis measurements for a total of 100 cycles (ramped between 0V, to 4V, to -4V, to 0V). &#xD;
c: A microscopy video recording of a drop of the corresponding nanofluid under electrical stimulation.</marc21:subfield>

      <marc21:subfield code="a">The dataset contains data on resistive switching due to electrophoretic reorganization of metallic silver (Ag) nanoparticles in polymeric host fluids (i.e. polyethylene glycol of different molecular weight). By applying an electrical bias between two planar electrodes, the Ag nanoparticles and nanoaprticle agglomerates are attracted due to their negative zeta potential towards the positively biased electrode, and repelled in case a negative bias is applied at one electrode.</marc21:subfield>
